Great for broiling meats and vegetables! Includes nonstick ribbed broiling rack and a multi-purpose baking/drip pan. Its PFOA-free nonstick surface allows for easy use and cleanup. Use amp; Care 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm, soapy water. 2. Before each cooking use, season pan with unsalted vegetable shortening. 3. For gas or electric stovetop use, always use moderate heat. Overheating will result in the loss of nonstick performance, as well as discoloration of the pan. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.

Founded in 1946 by an enterprising young husband and wife team, Nordic Ware began as a fledgling company specializing in ethnic Scandinavian products, as well as everyday items like griddles and steak platters. To this day, our company remains family owned and operated across three generations.
The Nordic Ware brand has endured and our products can be found in homes around the world. We now manufacture over 400 products, ranging from cookware and bakeware to microwave-safe plastic products, grilling accessories and tools for food prep and serving. We’re known for producing no-nonsense, durable goods that will be passed down from one generation to the next.
